Membership Application
	Society Membership Any person participating as an Informal Member is eligible to apply for membership into The Society. Any activities the person has participated in, and successfully completed can be applied to the formal membership application. Society Members enjoy participation in ceremonial events and programs, including the Black Hat Ball. As well as, discounts to Charitable fund raisers.   An annual membership fee of $75 is required. Upon submission of your form, you will receive a thank and a link to place your annual membership fee through PayPal. Please make sure you correctly enter your email address.
